What are your rights as our clients?
You have a right to check the collected information, to make a request to have any incorrect or insufficient data corrected, and to make a request to have any out-of-date data or information, which is not necessary for the purpose of processing your data, deleted.

We protect your personal data, taking extra care and using appropriate data protection methods. The methods used include proactive and reactive risk management, the use of a firewall, access and data safety systems, controlled access and the allocation of user rights, as well as constant monitoring, the provision of user skills, through training of the employees of AFB, who deal with the processing of personal data, and we take extra care in assessing and choosing the cooperation partners of AFB.
How do we store and renew your data?
We store your data for at least as long as you remain our client. Your personal data is processed for as long as it is deemed necessary. When the customer relations are ended, the data retention period depends on the type, the purpose of use and the legal requirement for the retention of data. The retention periods may be set in the Customer contract, they may depend on the legitimate interests of AFB or the applicable regulatory enactments (e.g. Laws on accounting, prohibition, civil rights, etc.).
During the data retention period we comply with the requests made according to law.
We want to retain your personal data so that it is always correct and up-to-date, deleting any unnecessary data and renewing any out-of-date information. Therefore, you are recommended to check regularly whether your data is renewed and up-to-date and to notify any changes of your personal data to us as soon as possible.
